I’m [Your Name], a dedicated coach specializing in integrated health, fitness, and performance
Various movement disciplines have always been a part of my life as a lifelong learning process, shaping my understanding of how the body moves, adapts, and thrives
Over the years, I’ve cultivated a unique blend of expertise, merging strength and conditioning, understanding anatomy and physiology, and holistic lifestyle coaching.
I blend a first-hand lived experience of the concepts I teach alongside a robust base of study and knowledge, ensuring both practical and scientific depth in my coaching.
I have a personal understanding of what it takes to succeed physically.
This unique synergy of experience and study places me in a distinctive position to create impactful and lasting change for my clients, helping them achieve sustainable results through a deeply informed and results-driven approach.
My background spans across multiple disciplines, from gymnastics and acrobatics to professional dance training at renowned institutions such as London Contemporary Dance School, Trinity Laban, and the Royal Academy of Dance. I have also competed in Spartan races, gained experience with Olympic weightlifting, trained in martial arts (Systema) alongside the more somatic and embodied practices of Contact Improvisation and my professional dance training. This diverse training experience has given me first-hand insight into (Movement effeciency, the importance of an integrated approach to health and?)
I take a highly individualized and results-driven approach, ensuring that no two programs are alike. My process begins with a deep dive into your movement patterns, lifestyle habits, and goals through biomechanical assessments, core function testing, and postural analysis. From there, we create a strategic plan.

Injuries can be a physically and emotionally challenging process.
I have worked with a whole host of people at different phases of physical challenges, (give examples - knees, back pain, hip pain people with disabilities, children, athletes, "senor"/older populations. I am yet to find someone i able unable to provide practical and progressive options for.
Taking the approach i do with inital assessments, corrective and postural work and a broader and more integrated view with nutirion and lifestyle coaching has helped many cleints in the past stop addressing the symptoms and look for the causes. This is what is unique as a CHEK practitioner and integrated health professional to fitness and health care spaces. Often we only see a specialist for a limited period of time who doesnt have the time or training to see the links between different elements and resolve the cause of issues.
With this in mind i would suggest you get in touch and we go from there looking at the options for your individual case. - dont let bumps in the road stop you from getting to where you want to be
All sessions are at the Weald of Kent in the gym facility.
A gym membership is not needed for our sessions together however if you would like to use the facility outside of our contact time you will need a membership.
If you sign up for a membership through me you do not need to pay the joining fee.

Health is an investment, realise what sub optimal health may already be costing you, what does this mean for your relationship, for your performance at work/income, the impact of having low energy
consider the cost per week - relative to other expenses, petrol,
get clear about the broad reaching impact over time - coaching can and should be a trajectory altering experience
do i need this bit? That said this srvice may not be for everyone - if you are not prepared to action content, prioritise your health
Is this information overload - can i lean this whole FAQ section up, am i pushing away potential clients by what i am saying here? reflect on who you are attracting vs repelling, does that match your ideal client and/ or the people in this area?
Each client is unique, as such the approach can also vary however this is a rough outline of the structure and content of sessions
Initial consultation (non exercise) - meet in person, initial assessment forms and information gathering - nutrition and lifestyle, goals and challenges, injury history, discuss any other relevant history. Discuss your situation and map out a path, Identify any key nutrition and lifestyle actions/areas of focus, get excited about the future.
Initial physical session - physical assessments, information gathering,
physical sessions - You begin implementing changes/doing exercises at home, we may use this time to discuss challenges, cover new exercises
after 3-4 sessions together i will create a programme
we will continue to refine and add during our sessions
After a period of time we may choose to reassess

set expectations for what time frame clients can expect to see progress. Lasting change isnt a quick fix. - mention package options and why.
Discuss that having a set period of time working together is also an important psychological shift for many clients to commit to their gowth, progress, key actions. Having this structure, clarity of a programme, accountability and support for many cleints is integral to staying on track as life presents challenges
whilst it may take more time than we would initally like, i believe that the effort we put in is worth the reward. Particularly in such a broadly life impactful area as our health
the benefits are very often worth the effort and sacrifice, there may be a delay between effort and experincing the reward however this is very often the nature of producing meaningful and lasting results

Yes,
as a coach I believe one of the roles we play is to help our clients become increasingly capable and by extension self sufficient. learning to Integrate and assimilate what you have been shown is essential so that your understanding is internal and lived rather than needing to be sought externally and dependent on others. - this is what you can/will practice with your tasks outside of our contact time.
For you to take responsibility for your own fitness and health, to able to listen to and adjust your course based on your own feedback. Not to have you dependent on any external figure, coach, medical professional, nutritionalist etc
This does not mean those people are not highly important and can be integral at key stages rather that the ultimate responsibility for your health an wellness sits with you. And a key part of this is Practice.
Please do get in touch, i would be happy to answer any questions. Give a description of you situation and what you hpe to gain
