You’re not here for guesswork — and neither am I. I take a highly individualised, results-driven approach that blends biomechanics, strategic programme design, and holistic health coaching. No two clients are alike — and the work we do together reflects that.
This isn’t cookie-cutter training. Every client starts with an in-depth consultation, biomechanical assessment, and lifestyle review so we can tailor your programme to your goals, body, and life demands. Whether you're rebuilding after injury, preparing for a big challenge, or simply wanting to feel more energised and capable — we design the plan to fit you.
I blend a decade of coaching experience with deep study in biomechanics, anatomy, and holistic health to help you move better, feel stronger, and perform at your best — without wasted effort or guesswork.
Every coaching journey begins with an in-depth onboarding process, including:
This process gives us clarity on where you’re at and what needs to happen — so we can build a strategic, personalised plan that works.
I draw on over a decade of coaching experience and hands-on education in:
My diverse coaching background includes:
My own journey spans gymnastics, oympic weightlifting, endurance racing, martial arts (Systema), somatic practices, and professional dance training from top institutions (London Contemporary Dance School, Trinity Laban Conservatoire and the Royal Academy of Dance). This breadth gives me a lived understanding of movement efficiency, physical performance, and how to integrate health into real life.

We meet in person to discuss your goals, physical history, lifestyle, nutrition, past injuries and anything else relevant.
You’ll leave with clarity, a plan, and initial action steps to start moving forward.
We run through various movement and range of motion assessments to understand how your body functions.
This sets the foundation for safe, effective progress and identifies key areas of focus to enable greater progress.
Our sessions combine training with integrated coaching:
This gives you support across all key areas — not just the workout.
You’ll also receive a customised training plan to follow between sessions, Updated at regular intervals or as progress dictates.
As you progress, we refine your plan and reassess where needed to make sure everything stays aligned and progressing.

Absolutely — and in many cases, that’s exactly when the right coaching makes the biggest difference.
I’ve helped clients dealing with knee injuries, chronic back and hip pain, joint hypermobility and many more — from athletes and active professionals to older adults and those recovering from surgery or long-term pain.
As a CHEK Practitioner and Integrated Health Coach, my approach combines:
This means we’re not just managing symptoms — we’re working to identify and address root causes, while also supporting the areas of your health that are still trainable and responsive. Progress is always possible, even when the path isn’t linear.
If needed, I’ll collaborate with or refer you to trusted specialists in my network to make sure you’re getting the most complete and effective support.
If you’re dealing with pain or injury and want to explore your options, reach out through the contact form or send me an email — we’ll start by looking at what’s possible in your specific case.
Don’t let a setback stop your progress.
That’s completely understandable — for many people, investing in their health feels like a big step.
It’s easy to see health coaching as an expense — but when you consider what it actually gives back, the picture changes.
You’re not just paying for sessions — you’re investing in better energy, fewer injuries, sharper focus, and a stronger, more capable version of yourself.
In fact, this work often replaces the need to see multiple professionals. You're getting the benefits of a strength coach, nutritional support, biomechanics expert, mindset coach, and holistic health coach — all in one integrated approach.
That continuity means better insight, less guesswork, and faster, more sustainable results.
When broken down weekly or monthly, the cost is often less than what many spend on fuel, takeaways, subscriptions, or weekend plans. The difference? This investment directly improves your quality of life.
Think about what becomes possible when you feel energised, clear-headed, and physically capable. You’re able to show up more fully at work, in training, and in life. That’s where the real return on investment lies — in the long-term quality of your everyday experience.
If this speaks to you but you’re unsure where to start, get in touch. I’m happy to explore options that work for your situation. Having sessions less frequently can be a great way to recieve high quality guidance and manage the cost/investment.
Yes — I work in packages, not single sessions. This allows us to create real momentum, track progress, and adjust your plan as needed, rather than starting from scratch each time.
True change takes commitment and consistency — this structure helps us get meaningful results while respecting your time and energy.
That said, how often we meet is flexible. Some clients train with me 2–3 times per week, while others check in every one to two weeks — it depends on your situation.
If you're unsure what level of commitment is right for you, get in touch. I’m happy to walk you through the options.
Yes, it is my intent to maximise the progress you get from us working together. this will be kept updated at regular intervals or when progress dictates.
Rather than moving between isolated specialists, you get one coach who understands how all the pieces fit together — which means faster progress, fewer setbacks, and better long-term results. It’s a unified strategy that helps maximise and sustain your progress
It depends on your goals, schedule, and focus — we tailor the frequency to fit your life.
Some clients train 2–3 times per week to build momentum. Others prefer once a week or every other week, especially if they’re following a personalised programme between sessions.
We’ll decide together what makes the most sense for you — and adjust as your needs evolve.
That’s more common than you may think.
You won’t be thrown in the deep end. We’ll build from the ground up, at your pace, with support every step of the way. Sessions are tailored to your starting point.
My goal is to help you feel stronger, more confident, and back in control — one step at a time.
